Return & Replacement Policy

At SambalShreeFashion, we take pride in offering handcrafted Sambalpuri apparel made with love and tradition. We value your satisfaction and are here to assist you with returns or replacements under the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and has all tags intact.

  • You provide unboxing video or photo proof of the damage or defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Customized, tailored, or altered items.

  • Products purchased on sale/discount.

  • Items returned without proper packaging or signs of wear.

  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery.

3. How to Request a Return or Replacement

Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@sambalshreefashion.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return or replacement.

  3. Attach clear photos/videos of the item and packaging.

  4. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Pickup & Reverse Shipping

  • If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (available in select areas).

  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to ship the product back and share the tracking details.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a replacement or refund as per the case.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement

  • If a replacement is requested and available, it will be dispatched within 2–5 working days of return approval.

  • If the same item is not available, you will be offered a store credit or refund.
