Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SambalShreeFashion, we strive to provide you with high-quality, handcrafted Sambalpuri apparel. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations will be accepted within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please email us at support@sambalshreefashion.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX with your Order ID.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • You raised a return request within 3 days of delivery.

  • The returned item is unused, in original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You have shared proof of issue (photo/video) as requested by our support team.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • In case of prepaid orders with failed transactions or cancellations, the amount will be auto-refunded via the same method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Discounted or clearance items.

  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing original tags/packaging.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).

  • If the reverse pickup is not serviceable, the customer may have to self-ship the product. Reimbursement of courier charges will be at SambalShreeFashion’s discretion.

5. Store Credits (If Applicable)

  • If you do not wish to receive a refund, we can issue you a store credit for future purchases.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
