Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Customized or made-to-order items may take additional time (up to 5–7 days) to dispatch.

4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
A flat shipping charge of ₹70 applies on orders below ₹999.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional fee (if enabled).

6. Delayed or Lost Packages
